At SagencyWA we aim to provide a service that is aimed at delivery therapy as a needs basis. After completing the assessment process clients have the opportunity to engage in one on one individualized therapy session or join our behavior change group.
SagencyWA highly value and are supportive of the National Insurance Disability Scheme(NDIS) and our counsellors are available to provide ongoing support for self managed and plan managed NDIS participants.
SagencyWA are proud allies of the LGBTQI+ community and are available to provide individualized support in both one on one session or group sessions.
The Responsive and Safe program facilitates a rolling group so clients can jump in without having to wait and group members are limited to ten people per group to allow facilitators to provide the support as required.
SagencyaWA does provide after hours appointment and the Responsive and Safe group is delivered at 5.30pm so as to allow more flexibility for working clients.
Non-attendance to the group and lack of communication for three weeks in a row may result in my removal from the group.
Authenticity and transparency are the two principles SagencyWA are based on. To ensure clients are aware of their progress throughout the program with counsellors and facilitators providing support upon the start, mid-point and completion of the program.
